Stefan Bradl is a German motorcylce racer, son of former racer Helmut Bradl. He won the 2011 Moto2 World Championship before moving up to the MotoGP class in which he competes today for the Grand Prix title.

It is the first Yamaha for Bradl, who enjoyed a positive first experience riding it, completing 50 laps and setting a best lap time of 1'32.209 and finishing in twelfth position at the end of season tests.
