    SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

    ORDER PROCESSING

    Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment approval. Orders after 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and official holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

     

    SHIPPING OPTIONS

    All shipments by FedEx Canada. The following shipping options are available:

    1/ FedEx Economy®: delivery by 1 to 3* business days.
    2/ FedEx Priority Overnight®: delivery by the next business day* to addresses in most metropolitan areas.


    Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be guaranteed same day shipment (assuming payment approval). Orders placed after the aforementioned time will be processed and shipped the next business day.

    * Please note delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centers and depend on origin and destination, remote areas may take additional days. Delivery standards are in business days, not calendar days. 

    We will provide you with a tracking number. Please take note that all orders can only be delivered to the original delivery address.

     

    SHIPPING COST


    1/ FedEx Economy®: complementary shipping.
    2/ FedEx Priority Overnight®: flat shipping charge of $25.

    Applicable federal and provincial taxes will apply on shipping charges listed above. Shipping charges can be calculated in the shopping cart before an order is completed. To see your shipping charges before making a purchase, simply add items to your cart and fill out the appropriate fields under “Billing Address” and “Shipping Address” and you will be prompted with all the available shipping methods and their cost. You will not be charged for an order until you have submitted your payment information and placed your order.

     

    SHIPPING ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

    Your shipping address is checked by our system for security reasons and to guarantee the best delivery time. Our address verification software package is updated regularly and contains all valid addresses from Canada. You will be asked to change your shipping address if this address is not recognized. Should you have any problems with the address validation, please contact Tissot Customer Service at eCom@tissotwatches.ca or 1-833-847-7681 (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday). Please take note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.  
     

    RETURN POLICY

    We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as quick and simple as possible.
    You may return any unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online from https://www.tissotwatches.com/en-ca within 30 days (no exceptions) of delivery (based on FedEx tracking delivery date) – for a full refund of the purchase price as set out below. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, except for defective or wrongly shipped items.
    Items must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories, extra links, user manual and international warranty and anything else that came with the item. Please include our Returns Form to your shipment. Please click here to download our return form.

    Returned items will be inspected on delivery and refund can be refused if not compliant to with conditions stated above.

    Reduced priced items (reduced retail price, special promotions, sales, etc.) are considered “Final Sale”. Final Sale items are non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law, or the merchandise is damaged or defective upon delivery.Refunds can only be placed back onto the original method of payment.

     

    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

    Return of unwanted item(s):

    You may return any unworn, undamaged item(s) – within 30 days of delivery (based on FedEx tracking delivery date) for a full refund of purchase price (minus shipping fees).
    Please contact Tissot Customer Service at eCom@tissotwatches.ca or 1-833-847-7681. A return authorization code and complementary return label will be provided for valid requests made within the adequate timeline.  Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.
    Ship back the carefully packaged item(s) using the return form and indicating your return authorization code provided by Tissot Customer Service. Please click here to download our return form.

    Return of defective, damaged or wrongly shipped item(s):

    In case of defective, damaged or wrongly shipped item(s), please notify Tissot Customer Service mentioning your order reference at eCom@tissotwatches.ca  or 1-833-847-7681 within 72 hours of delivery (based on FedEx tracking delivery date).
    Please explain the issue with the product and state whether you would like a refund or a replacement. A return authorization code and complementary return label will be provided for valid requests made within the adequate timeline.  Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.
    Ship back the carefully packaged item(s) using the return form and indicating your return authorization code provided by Tissot Customer Service. Please click here to download our return form.

     

    EXCHANGES                

    Currently we are unable to offer direct exchanges. However, contact us at eCom@tissotwatches.ca or 1-833-847-7681 and our Tissot Customer Service team will place a new order and create a return label for you. Alternatively, you can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date using a Tissot complimentary return label, and place a new order on https://www.tissotwatches.com/en-ca.
