Easy Returns

You can return your order free of charge up to 30 days after the reception of your package, provided that the product has not been worn, used, is not damaged and is in its original packaging.

To make a return, we invite you to fill in the request form available here.

The refund will be processed within 14 days after the reception of the product & validation of quality control.

Please note that returns are not accepted to our physical stores and customised products are not eligible for return.

In order to guarantee data protection, we encrypt all data relative to your purchase or your TISSOT account. TISSOT does not store any data relative to your payment.

Pay in 3 instalments or by invoice with Klarna, for payments above 100 GBP.

Free delivery for all orders

TISSOT offers delivery options to the United Kingdom (Channel Islands included). If you live in another country or would like your parcel delivered abroad, please check our other eCommerce websites at www.tissotwatches.com.

We are pleased to advise that all orders placed on our website are eligible for free delivery. For orders under £160, free standard delivery is provided by GLS. An express delivery option is also available for £4.95 and handled by DHL. For orders over £160, DHL Express delivery is free of charge. Delivery lead times are usually 2 to 4 working days for DHL Express and 3 to 6 working days for GLS.

Watch orders placed before 11.30AM on a working day are despatched the same day. Otherwise, despatch will occur on the following working day.

Orders are prepared and shipped from Switzerland, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). All potential customs charges are borne by TISSOT.

Please note that orders requiring a size adjustment (e.g. addition or removal of links) may extend processing delays.

As soon as your order is despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including delivery details and a tracking link.

All Tissot watches are certified with the « Swiss Made » quality label, testimony of know-how, impeccable quality, perfect aesthetics and technical innovations.

International warranty

All Tissot watches are covered by a 2-year international warranty. COSC certified models are covered by a 3-year international warranty. When placing an order on our website, your digital warranty is automatically activated on the date of the purchase. You will not be provided with a warranty card but you can access your warranty details by registering your watch through our "Register my watch" program.
