We offer standard delivery service. Unless otherwise advised, for standard delivery service, orders will normally be delivered within 1 to 3 business days in Hong Kong (subject to a maximum of 30 days) after the date of order.
We are pleased to advise that there will be free standard delivery on all orders placed on this website.
All orders on the TISSOT Online Store with standard delivery will be shipped by SF Express. Please note that orders with strap adjustments might delay your order for a maximum of 2 business days.

Please take note that all orders require a signature upon receipt. Customer requested a bracelet alteration service would incur extra 1 business day before order dispatch.
Returns and Exchange
We believe that you will be delighted with the products you purchase on this website but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your rights under the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.
a. Unwanted Products
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with TISSOT. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please send your request via My Account or Guest Page Page within 14 days from the day on which you receive it. If you fail to return the product completes with packaging and all components, we may refuse your refund request.
Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including watch parts or accessories of the watch.
To return, please send your parcel to the following address via SF express using ‘pay on arrival’ service, Tissot will bear the delivery cost. Please state your online order number on the parcel within 7 days after receiving our online authorization form :

We also accept return of online orders at our stores during store operation hours. Please proceed to the store 1 business day after receiving our online authorization form, and quote your order number to our frontline staff.
Kindly note that your watch and all the associated materials will be inspected and checked for authenticity. The final judgment will be made by The Swatch Group (Hong Kong) Limited Customer Service Diagnosis Team. Upon comply of return conditions, you would be notified of the refund arrangement.
b. Faulty Products
We try to select and package the items as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you send your request via My Account or Guest Page Page within 14 days from the day of receipt.
In these circumstances we may arrange courier service for the pickup of the faulty product(s) and deliver the same product(s) in good condition at same address. If you would like to cancel the order, we may arrange courier service to pick up the faulty products at same address and provide a full refund.
This does not affect your rights under the law of Hong Kong SAR.
We will reply the return or exchange case within 2 working days.
