Should you wish to return your order, please send your request via this page within 14 days from the day you received your parcel.
Tissot is responsible for the return shipping cost, please send your parcel via SF express using ‘pay on arrival’ service.
We also accept return of online orders at our stores during store operation hours. Please proceed to the store 1 business day after receiving our online authorization form.

With Tissot HK, delivery is free for purchases of watch delivered to Hong Kong. A standard delivery fee of HK$30 will be charged for each purchase of strap. If you would like your order to be delivered to a different location, please change the location on website through the country selector button, on the top of the page.

All orders placed before 12pm HKT are processed the same day.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email, with the tracking number associated to your package.

International WarrantyAll watches sold on our website have a 2 year international warranty. COSC certified models benefit of a 3 year warranty. Each purchase is provided with a date stamped international warranty card. For more information about warranty, click here.
