TISSOT AMBASSADOR THOMAS LUTHI TAKES LE MANS POLE -3655

Tissot Ambassador Tom Luthi loves the Bugatti circuit in Le Mans and he proved it this afternoon by taking pole position for the Moto2™ race at French Grand Prix.

However, it did not come easy for the Swiss Kalex rider who has won on four previous occasions at the legendary 4.185kms track. When it started to drizzle he slipped off at Turn 13, got back to pit lane and returned to the track to takes his first pole position of the season.

Pierre-Yves Edet from Tissot Champs Elysees presented him with Tissot T-Race MotoGP™ Limited Edition Quartz pole setting watch.

Twenty – two year old Spaniard Maverick Vinales took pole position after two superb MotoGP™ qualifying sessions. Vinales, who won the opening two grands prix of the season, received his second Tissot T-Race MotoGP Limited Edition Automatic pole watch of the season.

Spanish teenager Jorge Martin received his third Tissot V8 Moto3™ pole setting watch of the season.
