Tissot opens its first Boutique in Romandie, in the heart of Lausanne
Tissot has opened its very first corporate boutique in French-speaking Switzerland, marking a new chapter in the brand’s domestic retail strategy.
Located at Rue du Bourg 18 in the heart of Lausanne, this new address highlights the importance of the city for the brand’s market development. It becomes Tissot’s fifth boutique in Switzerland, following openings in Zermatt, Zurich, Interlaken and Lucerne.
Spanning 69 square metres, the space offers a refined yet contemporary environment where visitors can discover the brand’s latest releases, as well as iconic references across its classic, sport and solar collections. Open to the public since April 2nd, the boutique was officially inaugurated today.
Enhancing the Customer experience
With its presence in Lausanne, Tissot strengthens its personalized service for clients in the French part of Switzerland. “This close presence is essential to deliver a high-quality shopping experience, with tailored and professional service,” explains Sylvain Dolla, CEO of Tissot. On-services include battery changes, repairs and full watch maintenance, handled by trained and knowledged staff.
An international boutique concept
The Lausanne Boutique takes up the brand’s unmistakable design codes, which can also be found in the international flagship locations such as Paris, Osaka, Rome, London and Sydney. Tissot’s signature red features prominently in the décor, guiding the customer journey. At the centre of the space stands the iconic Tissot vault – a bold, circular installation with illuminated doors and an infinity mirror effect that playfully invites exploration of the sport collection. Premium materials such as wood, red glass bricks, and lava-like textured or metallic finishes are combined with a dark ceiling and sophisticated lighting to create an environment that reflects both the brand’s professionalism and its approachable character – conveying pure Tissot spirit.
