Technical details

  • The SRV watch is inspired by Art Deco, a distinctive style which flourished in the 1920s. Characterised by geometric shapes and abstract patterns, it became a dominant style in architecture, interior design, fashion and graphic arts. While the SRV is directly inspired from a model from 1975, that very design was itself a reinterpretation of Tissot’s earlier creations from the 1920s. SRV stands for Sapphire Rectangle V, the perfect name for a faceted sapphire glass with a rectangular silhouette, and a 5-bar water resistance, symbolised by the roman number 5. Its quartz movement delivers reliable precision while the End-Of-Life indicator lets you know when it’s time for a battery change. The leather strap stands out by its evolution over time. It adapts to your wrist, offering comfort and a unique fit. This rectangular watch with a mother-of-pearl dial and four diamonds on the dial will elevate your look and offer you confidence and comfort.

  • ACCESSORISATION

Most Tissot watches now feature an interchangeable strap system. The unique unlock system enables to easily remove the strap without the need of a tool. Interchangeable straps are the best way to personalise your watch: they offer a great choice of customisation for your timepiece, to suit any occasion in two simple clicks.

  • Water resistance

All Tissot watch cases undergo several tests, including a water resistance check. Tissot tests the watch's ability to resist impacts and pressure, as well as the penetration of liquids, gas and dust by replicating the real-life conditions in which the watch may find itself.

  • Diamonds

Tissot pledges to guarantee the origin and quality ‒ including colour, clarity and carats ‒ of the diamonds in its watches. All Tissot diamonds meet the certification requirements of the Kimberley process, an international system for certifying rough diamonds.

  • Mother of pearl

Mother of pearl is formed in the depths of the sea and harbours very unique features such as iridescence and opalescence. No two specimens are alike, which gives the watch a unique character, especially for ladies watches, both on the dial and on other elements.
