The above prices are applied by the official Customer Service Centre(s) of The Swatch Group Ltd.’s affiliated company in the country of your location, including Tissot SA in Switzerland. Shipping costs are not included. These prices are recommended for our agreed third-party service centres, which, however, may apply different prices.

 

Types of maintenance services

Light Service

A light service covers minor interventions on your Tissot watch at a minimum labor fee. Required spare parts are billed separately. Please note that no service warranty is provided for light service.

  • Bracelet adjustments or replacement
Partial Service

Partial maintenance keeps your Tissot watch clean, water-resistant and includes battery replacement for quartz models. A 2-year service warranty is provided for water resistance.

  • Ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet (metal or rubber)
  • Restoration of the water resistance by replacing gaskets. If required, replacement of pushers, crown, correctors and crystal (except shaped mineral crystals and sapphire crystals)
  • Battery replacement for quartz models
  • Rate adjustment and fine tuning of the movement for mechanical models
Complete Service

Complete maintenance restores your Tissot watch to optimal working condition through a full overhaul of the movement, along with all interventions included in the partial service. In addition to the water resistance warranty, a 2-year service warranty is provided on the movement.

  • Full disassembly of the movement, cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn or damaged parts—or complete movement replacement if necessary
  • Ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet (metal or rubber)
  • Restoration of the water resistance by replacing gaskets. If required, replacement of pushers, crown, correctors and crystal (except shaped mineral crystals and sapphire crystals)
  • Battery replacement for quartz models
  • Rate adjustment and fine tuning of the movement for mechanical models

 

Warranty

We offer a twenty-four (24) month warranty on each intervention. In the event of a default covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion and without cost, service or replace any spare parts and/or rectify a faulty intervention as identified by our customer service.

All other rights resulting from the faulty execution of our services are expressly excluded. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, lack of care or negligence. This warranty is rendered void if the work is carried out on the watch by persons who are not authorised to do so by Tissot SA.
