For repairs please send your watch together with a description of the fault and your name and address via registered ensured postal service to: Service Dept., P.O. Box 1642, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 9AZ. Please note if your watch is still within the two year international warranty period please enclose the guarantee card also.

Free delivery for all orders
TISSOT offers delivery options to the United Kingdom (Channel Islands included). If you live in another country or would like your parcel delivered abroad, please check our other eCommerce websites at www.tissotwatches.com.
We are pleased to advise that all orders placed on our website are eligible for free delivery. For orders under £160, free standard delivery is provided by GLS. An express delivery option is also available for £4.95 and handled by DHL. For orders over £160, DHL Express delivery is free of charge. Delivery lead times are usually 2 to 4 working days for DHL Express and 3 to 6 working days for GLS.
Watch orders placed before 11.30AM on a working day are despatched the same day. Otherwise, despatch will occur on the following working day.
Orders are prepared and shipped from Switzerland, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). All potential customs charges are borne by TISSOT.
Please note that orders requiring a size adjustment (e.g. addition or removal of links) may extend processing delays.
As soon as your order is despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including delivery details and a tracking link.

All Tissot watches are covered by a 2-year international warranty. COSC certified models are covered by a 3-year international warranty.
When placing an order on our website, your digital warranty is automatically activated on the date of the purchase. You will not be provided with a warranty card but you can access your warranty details by registering your watch through our "Register my watch" program.
