The modern and masculine Supersport Chrono Basketball Edition brings together Swiss-quality watchmaking and the high-energy dynamics inspired by Tissot’s long association with basketball. The gradient black dial with its original basketball net pattern and the orange corner stitching on the bracelet are a nod to this discipline and its spirit. With a 45.5 mm stainless steel case with black-PVD coating and a fixed bezel with a tachymetric scale, the Supersport has a great deal of character. The indices and hands are coated with Super-LumiNova® for easy visibility of the time, making this the ideal accessory of men with assertive style. Sapphire
A sapphire crystal gives a watch the following properties: extremely high resistance to impact and superior screen and hand readability thanks to its transparency. Because it is the strongest material after diamonds, it is used in fine timepieces for its anti-scratch prowess. SuperLuminova®
Ensuring visibility under all conditions is an important goal for Tissot. This is why some timepieces feature a material we call SuperLuminova®. This material is placed on visible parts such as dials and hands, where it functions as a miniature accumulator of reflected light when the watch finds itself in the dark.
