Easy Returns

You can return your order free of charge up to 30 days after the reception of your package, provided that the product has not been worn, used, is not damaged and is in its original packaging.

To make a return, we invite you to fill in the request form available here.

The refund will be processed within 14 days after the reception of the product & validation of quality control.

Please note that returns are not accepted to our physical stores and customised products are not eligible for return.

Safe and Secure Payments

In order to guarantee data protection, we encrypt all data relative to your purchase or your TISSOT account. TISSOT does not store any data relative to your payment.

Paypal Payments
Installment payments with Klarna, available only for payments above 100 GBP.

Free delivery for orders over 85 GBP

TISSOT offers delivery options to the United Kingdom (Channel Islands included). If you live in another country or would like your parcel delivered abroad, please check our other eCommerce websites at www.tissotwatches.com.

TISSOT partnered with DHL to offer the best quality delivery for your order. For orders over 85 GBP, the DHL EXPRESS delivery is complimentary. Otherwise, the cost of delivery is 3.85 GBP. Delivery lead times are usually 2 to 5 days, from Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 12PM on a working day are despatched the same day. Otherwise, despatch will occur on the following working day.

Orders are prepared and shipped from Switzerland, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). All potential customs charges are borne by TISSOT.

Please note that orders requiring a size adjustment (e.g. addition or removal of links) may extend processing delays.

As soon as your order is despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including delivery details and a tracking link.

All Tissot watches are certified with the « Swiss Made » quality label, testimony of know-how, impeccable quality, perfect aesthetics and technical innovations.

International warranty

All watches sold on our website have a 2 year international warranty. COSC certified models benefit of a 3 year old warranty. Each purchase is provided with a date stamped international warranty card. For more information about warranty, click here.
