Technical specifications

  • The SRV watch is inspired by the Art Deco times, developed in the 1920s. This time is characterised by geometric shapes and abstract patterns, become a dominant style in architecture, interior design, fashion and graphic arts. While the SRV is directly inspired by a model from 1975, that very design was itself a reinterpretation of Tissot’s earlier creations from the 1920s.

The SRV’s quartz movement delivers precision that empowers to move forward fiercely and, with the End-of-Life indicator, the SRV anticipates her next move, so she’s always prepared. More than a name, SRV stands for, Sapphire Rectangle V: a faceted sapphire glass with a rectangular silhouette, and the ‘V’ a nod to its 5-bar water resistance, symbolised by the roman number 5.

The metal bracelet is comfortable, robust, easy to clean and long-lasting.

  • Accessorization

Most Tissot watches now feature an interchangeable strap system. The unique unlock system enables to easily remove the strap without the need of a tool. Interchangeable straps are the best way to personalise your watch as they offer a great choice of customisation for your timepiece, to suit any occasion in two simple clicks.

  • Water resistance

All Tissot watch cases undergo several tests, including a water resistance check. Tissot tests the watch's ability to resist impacts and pressure, as well as the penetration of liquids, gas and dust by replicating the real-life conditions in which the watch may find itself.
