Delivery and returns
DELIVERY AND RETURNS | TISSOT SINGAPORE
Delivery Information
All orders placed on the TISSOT Singapore Online Store are shipped within Singapore. We process and ship orders within 1 to 4 working days (but subject to a maximum of 30 days), Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM. However, processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unexpected delays.
Shipping Options & Charges
Shipping terms and costs are indicated during the checkout and are confirmed in your order confirmation.
Priority Delivery: Shipped via Singpost. Free for orders above $320. Once your order has been shipped, subject to delivery terms of Singpost, you will receive your package within 1 – 3 business days.
Letterbox Delivery (for strap-only orders): Shipped via Singpost. Free for orders containing up to 3 straps. Once your order has been shipped, subject to delivery terms of Singpost, you will receive your package within 2 – 4 business days.
Please note that for orders with more than 3 straps, and total purchase price is below $320, Priority Delivery applies with a delivery charge of $21.80.
You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel, once your order has been shipped.
Returns Policy
All goods sold are not refundable for cash. We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it is necessary to return an item if the item has a defect. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible, and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We will try to attend to all return request(s) as soon as practically possible.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a full refund, your return must meet the following criteria:
- A return request is submitted within 7 working days of delivery.
- Items need to be returned with original packaging including warranty cards, user manual, and any other items included in the package.
- Items that fail our Quality Check will be returned without a refund.
How to Return an Item
Watch Returns:
- Complete the Return Request Form. (Hyperlinked to the request form)
- Email us at eshop.sg@tissotwatches.com to schedule a pickup via SingPost.
- Your return will undergo a Quality Check, which may take up to 6 weeks.
Strap-Only Purchases:
- Complete the Return Request Form. (Hyperlinked to the request form)
- Email us at eshop.sg@tissotwatches.com to schedule for pickup via Singpost.
- Quality Check for straps takes approximately 1 week.
Note: Return shipping fees apply to strap-only orders shipped via Priority Delivery.
Please note that you are responsible for the returned item(s) until they are received by us. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Returns are not accepted for items purchased in-store or through third-party retailers.
Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully package and inspect your order prior to shipment. However, in the case that you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, to exercise your right as stipulated in Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act’s (CPFTA) Part III, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at +65 6513 3181 within 6 months of your date of purchase so that we can assist accordingly
