DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All orders on the TISSOT Online Store are being shipped within Singapore.
Orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days (but subject to a maximum of 30 days) unless otherwise advised.
The delivery options, terms and costs are as indicated in the check-out before your purchase and as confirmed in the order confirmation.
All goods sold are not refundable for cash. We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item if the item is a defect. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We will try to attend to all return request(s) as soon as practically possible.
a. Faulty Products
- We exercise reasonable effort to ensure the product arrives in good condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, please email us to discuss on the return options within seven (7) working days of receipt of the product.
- We will arrange for collection and/or delivery of the product from/to your indicated address.
- For help with items later than 7 days after your initial purchase please e-mail us to discuss your options, subject to our discretion and if such options are permitted under the relevant laws or legislations of Singapore.
b. Returning Defective/ Faulty/ Incorrect Products

Please note that you will be responsible for the returned product(s) until they reach us. We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
