Dans le cadre de votre fonction au sein d’une équipe de 8 personnes, vous supervisez et coordonnez les activités de la comptabilité générale, et fiscale des trois sociétés, Tissot SA, Certina SA et Mido SA.

Vos activités principales seront les suivantes :

Gestion de la fiabilité financière

• Veiller à l'intégrité des comptes et à l'élaboration précise des bilans et comptes de résultat des trois sociétés.
• Assurer la conformité avec les normes comptables suisses et les directives internes au groupe Swatch (Swiss GAAP FER), démontrant ainsi un engagement envers la qualité et la transparence financière.
• Piloter de manière experte les clôtures mensuelles, semestrielles et annuelles pour maintenir une vision financière robuste et actualisée.

Supervision des audits et de la conformité

• Préparer minutieusement les audits internes et externes, en accordant une attention particulière à la conformité avec les normes comptables suisses et les directives internes au groupe.
• Garantir que toutes les pratiques comptables et financières sont alignées sur les exigences réglementaires et les meilleures pratiques du secteur.

Optimisation des processus financiers

• Diriger une révision continue des processus comptables et financiers, en recherchant des opportunités d'efficacité et d'amélioration.
• Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions novatrices pour rationaliser les opérations, accélérer les cycles et optimiser les résultats financiers, tout en respectant les normes comptables suisses et les directives internes du groupe.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Boutique Technician who shares our passion for precision and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.

As the technical expert within the boutique, you’ll combine hands-on watch servicing with outstanding customer care.

• Providing exceptional, personalised client service in line with Tissot standards
• Assessing service requirements and providing first-level technical assistance
• Performing warranty and in-house repairs, including battery, bracelet and case servicing
• Completing basic mechanical and quartz movement disassembly and assembly
• Conducting quality checks on watches returned from the Service Centre
• Managing repairs, service requests, pre-authorisations and client follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate repair, CRM and service records
• Managing spare parts, stock and daily operational requirements
• Supporting boutique operations, including POS, cashiering and stocktakes
• Maintaining strong Tissot product and technical knowledge through ongoing training

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support and control sales staffs in all SIS (department stores) to ensure staffs’ performance and discipline.

• Manage staffs working schedule and rotation plan on monthly basis to improve the efficiency.

• Prepare monthly POS visit and competitors / market survey report.

• Coordinate with other departments on sales staff issues (communication, staff reimbursement, leave, probation, OT and commission calculation, etc.)

• Staff training (product knowledge, sale technique, selling point) and represent brand on field visit and E-commerce.

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with the brand identity and follow as our global guideline.

• Conduct stock take (inventory check) in all POS ( SIS, Kiosk, POP Up and Boutique) 

• Liaise with logistics to monitor inventory level and arrange replenishment.

• Manage POS materials and visuals across all channels.

• Coordinate Pop up and roadshow activities with finance and logistics departments, suppliers and buyers to ensure that the plan are well set up (display preparation, visual, layout, stock, promotion, sales staff assignment).

• Prepare purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) payment process. 

• Assist colleagues whenever necessary assigned by Brand Manager & Direct Report

Job description

The International Creative Content Project Leader supports the International Creative Content Manager in building and creating consistent and audience-targeted global brand communication campaigns.

The role of this important position is to orchestrate the content creation (creation of highly engaging media for multiple channel outputs, including digital and social media) and adaptation for Tissot on a global level. This involves developing and implementing mid-long term content strategies providing best in class assets to the different stakeholders according their needs.

Your main responsibilities will be as followed:

• Collaborate and work together with all other HQ marketing departments to create holistic global brand communication campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts for integrated advertising campaigns (offline and online).
• Implement content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
• Lead the development and adaptation of a large spectrum of content fueling global plans as well as local needs.
• Supervise and coordinate other sources of content creation (photographers/designers/agencies) by bringing art direction and by reviewing and giving clear guidance for improvement to grant full brand consistency.
• Oversee video/photo shoots and asset post-production, including final check of all adaptations needed for each channel.
• Collaborate closely with the graphic design team on creating graphic elements and branding guidelines.
• Ensure that project management best practices are employed to deliver all international campaigns within strategy, budget and deadline.
• Spot and seize trends and communication opportunities.
• Anticipate issues and crisis and provide proactive, hands-on solutions.
