Online Returns
You can return your online order up to 14 days after the reception of your package, provided that the product has not been worn, used, is not damaged, is in its original packaging and complete with all components.
To make a return, we invite you to make the request here.
The refund will be made within 30 days or earlier after the reception of the product & validation of quality control.
Please note that online returns are not accepted in our physical stores.

Tissot MidCity In-Store Returns
For purchases in-store at Tissot MidCity Sydney Boutique, exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase, providing the product has not been worn, damaged, or adjusted and must be accompanied by a receipt. Sorry no refunds.

Free Delivery
With Tissot Australia, standard delivery is free for all purchases over $150 made to Australia. If you wish to deliver to a different country, please change the website through the country selector button, on the top of the page.
Tissot Australia offers standard delivery:
- Standard delivery is delivered with Toll within 2 to 5 business days unless otherwise advised.
- Shipping is free for orders $150 and over.
- $10 shipping for orders under $150.
All orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday.
Please note that orders with strap adjustments might delay your order.
As soon as the order is shipped, you will be notified by email, with the tracking number associated to your package.
