This policy together with our Terms of Use and, if you buy from this website, the Conditions of Sale (and any other documents referred to in them) set out the basis on which we will process any personal data obtained as a result of your use of this website (including the personal data obtained through use of App on smart phones or any other electronic means) and explains what cookies we use. All processing of your personal data will be in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation for the purposes for which the information was submitted. 2.1.1 Information that you provide by filling in forms on this website, information that you provide via other means through this website (including information obtained through use of App on smart phones or any other means). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use this website or registering as a member of our special program (e.g. TISSOT), placing orders for products through this website, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with this website. The information that we may request you to provide includes, but is not limited to name, gender, email address, date of birth, correspondence address, telephone number, identification document number, credit/debit card number, location etc.
2.1.2 If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
2.1.3 We may also ask you to complete surveys and/or questionnaires that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
2.1.4 Details of transactions you carry out through this website and of the fulfilment of your orders.
2.1.5 Details of your visits to this website including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access. 2.2 If you choose not to provide any personal information, we may not be able to complete your order, deliver the products or provide you the relevant services.
2.3 Whenever we collect your personal information, the purpose of such collection would be stated, and such information would only be used for the stated purpose. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain the consent of your parents or guardians before providing us your personal information.
3. Where we store your personal data
3.1 The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a location in Switzerland (server location) or another location outside Hong Kong SAR. Such data may also be handled by our staff, our suppliers, or our suppliers’ staff who are located outside Hong Kong SAR.
3.2 All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of this website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to this website; any transmission is at your own risk. We may share non-personal, non-individual statistics or demographic information in aggregate form with our marketing partners, advertisers or other third-parties for research purposes. For example, we will not disclose to our marketing partners that you have purchased a specific product or that you are member of TISSOT. However, we may disclose to them how many customers have purchased a product or how many people are members of TISSOT.

Generally, this information is collected through "traffic data". We may collect and store such information automatically whenever you interact with this website. 6.1 Like most business, marketing is important to our business’ success.
