Easy Returns

Should you wish to return your order, please send your request via this page within 14 days from the day you received your parcel.

Tissot is responsible for the return shipping cost, please send your parcel via SF express using ‘pay on arrival’ service.

We also accept return of online orders at our stores during store operation hours. Please proceed to the store 1 business day after receiving our online authorization form.

Free Delivery

With Tissot HK, delivery is free for purchases of watch delivered to Hong Kong. A standard delivery fee of HK$30 will be charged for each purchase of strap. If you would like your order to be delivered to a different location, please change the location on website through the country selector button, on the top of the page.

Tissot offers following delivery service:

We deliver with SF EXPRESS for watch and strap order; within 1 to 3 business days.

You may also pick up your order from the store 3 to 5 business days after purchasing online.

All orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday.

All orders placed before 12pm HKT are processed the same day.
Please note that orders with strap adjustments might delay your order for a maximum of 2 business days.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email, with the tracking number associated to your package.
