Für unsere Schweizer Markt Abteilung suchen wir im Hauptsitz in Le Locle eine/n dynamische/n und motivierte/n Marketing Manager welche/r sich mit unserem Unternehmen identifizieren kann.
In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie die Leitung der Marketing Abteilung im Schweizer Markt und führen ein Team von einem Mitarbeiter.
Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Management, Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Überwachung des Marketingplans für den Schweizer Markt (traditionelle und digitale Medien, Partnerschaften, Events und PR) gemäß den Vorgaben von Tissot International
- Verantwortung für sowie Erstellung und Optimierung des lokalen Marketingbudgets für den Schweizer Markt
- Leitung des Marketingteams für den Schweizer Markt
- Planung und Überwachung des kooperativen Marketingplans mit Key Accounts und dem Retail
- Definition, Planung und Überwachung von Promotionen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden
- Koordination zwischen dem Tissot International Marketing und dem Schweizer Markt
- Umsetzung lokaler Schweizer Partnerschaftsverträge
- Management von Schweizer Friends of the Brand
Zusätzlich zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben, betreuen Sie verschiedene Projekte und arbeiten täglich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Brand Manager, der Logistik, der Dekoration Abteilung, dem Verkauf, Tissot International und mit externen Kunden.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management/Sales
- To achieve sales objectives in wholesales.
- Solicit, build and maintain good support and business contacts with
dealers. - Monitor Auto Replenishment (AR) to ensure all Points of Sale (POS).
consistently comply with brand guidelines and stock allocation standards. - Track AR performance across POS, identifying gaps and driving corrective
actions to ensure alignment with brand requirements and product
availability.
Stocks and Collection
- Ensure that payments are collected within the timeline given.
- To do inventory analysis on bi-weekly basis.
- Keeping stocks inventory healthy at all times.
- Execute ordering and replenishment activities for Tissot through Arkieva,
ensuring accurate demand planning and timely stock fulfilment.
Reporting
- Submit weekly/monthly progressive report of sales performance, retailers’ performance.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Brand Manager, ensuring
accurate and timely performance tracking and insights. - Consolidate and upload monthly store visit reports into Mystore,
maintaining consistency and completeness of field activity documentation.
Marketing & Advertising
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute VM updates, GWP setups, visual merchandising refreshes, campaign rollouts, and in-store sales activations to ensure consistent brand presentation and execution excellence.
- Support the monitoring and tracking of press coverage and PR activities, and report key updates to the Marketing Team and Brand Manager to ensure timely communication and alignment.
- Coordinate with team members to improve product environment in Point of Sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all Points of Sale (POS) are well maintained and consistently presented in line with Brand image.
- Ensure products are displayed according to Brand Merchandising guidelines.
Others
- Planning and implement training programs and initiatives determined by the Brand Manager.
- Ensure retail staff are certified through Tissot Academy and provide timely updates of the latest brand information and training materials to retailers.
- Collaborate with Customer Care Advisors (CCA) to manage repair and complaint cases, ensuring customer queries are addressed and resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Undertake any other responsibilities, projects, or tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager and/or Brand Manager from time to time, in support of broader brand, commercial, and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first level of technical assistance to clients
- Registration of services, clearly identifying service needs
- Facilitate pre-authorization & watch imagery
- Escalation management
- Refer to catalogues, directories, or databases to answer client queries
- Collaborate with the service centre for coordination of services
- Conduct Warranty interventions (Such as battery exchanges, repair on bracelets etc.)
- Case cleaning utilising an ultrasonic / steam cleaner
- Partial disassembly / assembly of mechanical and quartz movements
- Conduct quality control checks for watches returned from the service centre
- Maintenance of tools and equipment / ordering of consumables
- Daily reconciliation and reporting of CS activities
- Receipt and registration of incoming parcels
- Conduct weekly stock take
- Be able to sell watches at times when needed
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of all product lines
- Understand watch technology; watch movements, calibres by model, “how they work” and relate knowledge to clients as needed/requested

What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Planning & Brand Management
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with Tissot’s global direction while adapting to Malaysia’s competitive watch market
landscape. - Strengthen brand positioning as an accessible Swiss watch brand with strong sporting heritage and contemporary appeal.
- Drive consistent brand messaging across retail boutiques, shop-in-shops, e-commerce, and digital platforms.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities (mid-to-premium watch segment) to identify growth opportunities.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead integrated 360° campaigns across digital, social media, retail, mall activations, partnerships, PR, and events.
- Localize global launches (e.g., key collections, sports partnerships, limited editions) to maximize impact in Malaysia.
- Collaborate with media agencies, KOLs, mall management, and retail partners to amplify reach and engagement.
- Track campaign performance and optimize spend based on ROI, traffic, and conversion metrics.
Customer Experience & CRM
- Work closely with retail and marketplace teams to develop targeted customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Leverage CRM data to drive segmented marketing activations and festive campaigns (i.e. CNY, Raya, Christmas and year-end gifting).
- Enhance in-store and event experiences through engaging product storytelling and sports-themed activations.
- Build partnerships and community engagement initiatives aligned with Tissot’s sports and lifestyle positioning.
Retail & Visual Merchandising Support
- Partner with retail teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive measurable store performance.
- Support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional mechanics across boutiques and counters.
- Ensure VM execution aligns with global guidelines while remaining relevant to local consumer preferences.
- Coordinate mall campaigns and retail partnerships to maximize visibility and footfall.
Budget Management & Reporting
- Manage annual marketing budget with focus on efficiency and performance-driven spending.
- Monitor marketing ROI and prepare monthly performance reports covering campaign outcomes, PR coverage, digital analytics, and market insights.
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize future campaigns and improve commercial outcomes.

As a Visual Merchandiser & Trainer with Tissot, U.S., the position will be responsible to support the watch sales within our retail and wholesale account through visual merchandising and training. This role will oversee the visual representation of our Tissot brand and products in all boutiques (retail and wholesale) within assigned Mid-Atlantic region. Visual Merchandiser & Trainer will also be responsible for maintaining training initiatives that will increase Tissot brand and product knowledge. Tasks include the planning, organization, coordination, training and implementation of all Visual Merchandising measures that have been developed by the Tissot. This position is a field position. |

Visual Merchandiser & Trainer – Travel Retail & Cruise Ships
As a Visual Merchandiser & Trainer with Swatch Group, U.S., you will play a key role in supporting watch sales within our travel retail which is airports and cruise ship wholesale accounts by driving visual merchandising excellence and delivering impactful training. You will oversee the brand’s visual representation in all boutiques across the assigned region and maintain training initiatives to increase brand and product knowledge among the dedicated channel teams.
Tasks include the planning, organization, coordination, training and implementation of all Visual Merchandising measures that have been developed by the Brands. The role will require travel throughout the US, predominantly within the main Cruise
ports of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Port Canaveral, Galveston, Los Angeles and Seattle.
This position is a hybrid position.
