Types de services de maintenance
A light service covers minor interventions on your Tissot watch at a minimum labor fee. Required spare parts are billed separately. Please note that no service warranty is provided for light service.
- Bracelet adjustments or replacement
- Battery replacement for quartz watches
Partial maintenance keeps your Tissot watch clean, water-resistant and includes battery replacement for quartz models. A 2-year service warranty is provided for water resistance.
- Ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet (metal or rubber)
- Restoration of the water resistance by replacing gaskets. If required, replacement of pushers, crown, correctors and crystal (except shaped mineral crystals and sapphire crystals)
- Battery replacement for quartz models
- Rate adjustment and fine tuning of the movement for mechanical models
Complete maintenance restores your Tissot watch to optimal working condition through a full overhaul of the movement, along with all interventions included in the partial service. In addition to the water resistance warranty, a 2-year service warranty is provided on the movement.
- Full disassembly of the movement, cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn or damaged parts—or complete movement replacement if necessary
- Ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet (metal or rubber)
- Restoration of the water resistance by replacing gaskets. If required, replacement of pushers, crown, correctors and crystal (except shaped mineral crystals and sapphire crystals)
- Battery replacement for quartz models

Nous offrons une garantie de vingt-quatre (24) mois sur chaque intervention. En cas de défaut couvert par cette garantie, nous procéderons, à notre discrétion et sans frais, à la réparation ou au remplacement des pièces détachées et/ou à la rectification de toute intervention défectueuse identifiée par notre service client.
Tout autre droit découlant d'une exécution défectueuse de nos services est expressément exclu. Cette garantie ne couvre pas l'usure normale ni les dommages causés par un accident, un manque d'entretien ou une négligence. Cette garantie est nulle si l'intervention sur la montre est effectuée par une personne non autorisée par TISSOT SA.
