A light service covers minor interventions on your Tissot watch at a minimum labor fee. Required spare parts are billed separately. Please note that no service warranty is provided for light service.
- Bracelet adjustments or replacement
- Battery replacement for quartz watches
Partial maintenance keeps your Tissot watch clean, water-resistant and includes battery replacement for quartz models. A 2-year service warranty is provided for water resistance.
- Ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet (metal or rubber)
- Restoration of the water resistance by replacing gaskets. If required, replacement of pushers, crown, correctors and crystal (except shaped mineral crystals and sapphire crystals)
- Battery replacement for quartz models
- Rate adjustment and fine tuning of the movement for mechanical models
Complete maintenance restores your Tissot watch to optimal working condition through a full overhaul of the movement, along with all interventions included in the partial service. In addition to the water resistance warranty, a 2-year service warranty is provided on the movement.
- Full disassembly of the movement, cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn or damaged parts—or complete movement replacement if necessary
- Ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet (metal or rubber)
- Restoration of the water resistance by replacing gaskets. If required, replacement of pushers, crown, correctors and crystal (except shaped mineral crystals and sapphire crystals)
- Battery replacement for quartz models

Wij bieden een garantie van vierentwintig (24) maanden op elke interventie. In geval van een defect dat onder deze garantie valt, zullen wij, naar eigen goeddunken en zonder kosten, onderdelen repareren of vervangen en/of een defecte interventie herstellen zoals vastgesteld door onze klantenservice. Alle andere rechten die voortvloeien uit de gebrekkige uitvoering van onze diensten zijn uitdrukkelijk uitgesloten. Deze garantie dekt geen normale slijtage of schade veroorzaakt door ongevallen, gebrek aan zorg of nalatigheid. Deze garantie vervalt indien de werkzaamheden aan het horloge worden uitgevoerd door personen die daartoe niet door TISSOT SA zijn gemachtigd.
