We are currently recruiting Sales Assistant who will be in charge of assisting clients through personalized customer experience. The ideal candidate will represent Tissot as an ambassador, inspiring our customers. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for: - lead complex clients' request, assist them throughout the entire customer journey including after sales activities; - Support operation tasks, be aware of company procedures and systems and ensure compliance; - Take actions to maximize the sales opportunity on all categories; - Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale serviceOpis stanowiska
- Odpowiadanie na wszelkie zapytania dotyczące funkcjonowania e-sklepu ze strony lokalnego zespołu lub centrali;
- Walidacja zamówień w e-sklepie – monitorowanie zamówień, korygowanie błędów adresowych, weryfikacja alertów (w programie Sales Force Commerce Cloud), obsługa zwrotów;
- Codzienna i miesięczna fiskalizacja zakupów w e-sklepie, tworzenie raportów w SAP;
- Monitorowanie płatności realizowanych w e-sklepie i zgłaszanie błędów wewnętrznie lub bezpośrednio do dostawcy płatności;
- Zmiany na platformie e-sklepu (SF) – poprawianie tłumaczeń, dostosowywanie tekstów, CTA, weryfikacja cen, wprowadzanie nowych produktów do sklepu, tworzenie opisów i treści SEO dla produktów;
- Merchandising na stronie głównej – dostosowywanie prezentacji produktów na stronie głównej do bieżących kampanii, trendów sprzedażowych i wytycznych;
- Tworzenie raportów sprzedażowych i estymacji sprzedaży w kanale e-commerce, monitorowanie poziomu sprzedaży w trakcie miesiąca (w SAP), analiza konwersji i zachowań klientów (np. za pomocą PowerBi, Google Analytics);
- Monitorowanie sklepów internetowych naszych zewnętrznych partnerów; weryfikacja, czy zewnętrzne e-sklepy prezentują zegarki Tissot zgodnie z wewnętrznymi standardami marki;
- Nadzór nad wysyłką newslettera dla subskrybentów Tissot – tłumaczenie treści, testowanie i planowanie wysyłek (w programie Sales Force Commerce Marketing);
- Współpraca z zewnętrzną agencją mediową - monitorowanie kampanii prowadzonych przez agencję, tworzenie briefów dla agencji, przygotowywanie tłumaczeń treści, udzielanie informacji na temat celów, strategii i budżetu kampanii, itp.;
- Zakładanie zleceń zakupu na kampanie online zgodnie z zatwierdzonym budżetem;
- Monitorowanie wskaźników w Google Analytics i zgłaszanie ewentualnych błędów do centrali;
- Monitorowanie wyników reklam w social media w Meta Ads Manager;
- Aktualizacja treści Google Ads pod kątem SEO na podstawie danych z poprzednich kampanii;
- Wspieranie PR & Marketing Managera w tłumaczeniach materiałów PRowych, tworzeniu co miesięcznych raportów PR Clippings dla HQ, newsletterach dla klientów B2B, obsłudze wspólnych działań marketingowych z klientami B2B i odpowiadaniu na ich zapytania dotyczące contentu do wykorzystania w mediach społecznościowych;
- Współpraca z działem księgowości i kontrolingu, nadzór nad obiegiem dokumentów (wewnętrze zamówienia, faktury, itp.)
- Praca w 100% stacjonarna z biura przy ul. Marynarskiej 15

En tant qu’apprenti-e logisticien-ne, tu es chargé-e de la gestion professionnelle de nos montres et composants. Tu les réceptionnes, les contrôles et les prépares pour les stocker avec compétence. Des chariots élévateurs sont utilisés afin de les empiler et de les transporter. La mise à disposition des produits conformes aux besoins de nos clients dans le monde entier et le contrôle régulier des stocks font également partie de tes missions. Tu emballes et étiquètes, tu établis les bulletins de livraison et charges les véhicules conformément aux prescriptions.
