Tissot and Quincy Miller Craft a Collective Artwork for NBA All-Star 2026

At the heart of this year’s NBA All-Star celebration, Tissot unveils a bold artistic activation at the intersection of time, basketball and contemporary culture.

Former NBA player and visual artist Quincy Miller has reimagined 32 watch boxes as hand-painted artworks for the Tissot Supersport NBA Special Edition.

Individually, each watch box stands as a singular creation: a fragment with its own identity, like a player within a team. When brought together, the 32 boxes form one large, unified piece, an artwork that only exists in its entirety through collective presence. As the league’s brightest talents come together, the pieces will be gifted to NBA All-Star players, transforming the timepiece into a shared cultural object and reinforcing Tissot’s long-standing relationship with the game. Tissot Ambassador Damian Lillard will receive one of the artworks, his participation in this year’s State Farm 3-Point Contest despite his injury bringing a powerful message of resilience to the project.

Basketball as Living Rhythm, Los Angeles as Canvas

Inspired by Venice Beach, Quincy Miller’s artwork reimagines a basketball court as a living clock. A circular court becomes a dial, the markings transform into time indicators, and the movement of players reflects the way time is lived rather than owned. Worn textures, raw surfaces and layered blues echo the grit, hustle and creative energy of Los Angeles, a city where basketball is not just a sport, but a living rhythm embedded in daily culture.

The artwork expresses a central idea: time is not something you possess, but something you move through. A philosophy that sits at the core of Tissot’s NBA motto, Everyone Gets 24: Twenty‑four seconds on the shot clock, twenty‑four hours in a day, and a lifetime of seconds invested to reach the level of an NBA All-Star.

Anchoring the project, the Tissot Supersport NBA Special Edition channels the game’s aesthetics and rhythm. The 45mm black PVD case carries jersey-style numeral indexes, the dial echoes the grain of a basketball, and the bezel nods to the 24-second shot clock. The NBA logo appears on the second hand, while an exclusive NBA All-Star 2026 Los Angeles engraving on the case back distinguishes this special edition created for the occasion.

From Elite Performance to Artistic Mastery

Quincy Miller’s artistic language is inseparable from his journey on the court. He first developed his craft in the NBA, playing for the Denver Nuggets, Sacramento Kings and Detroit Pistons, where he experienced the game at its highest level and absorbed its pace, instinct and pressure. His path then led him to Red Star Belgrade, where he became a key figure and champion. Immersed in a culture defined by collective discipline, structure and timing, he refined a perspective on the game that would later shape the foundations of his creative practice.

This evolution is reflected in his artistic work, which embraces rhythmic narration, the beauty of imperfect movement, and a vision where individual moments contribute to a larger shared framework, all anchored in a culturefirst mindset. These values find clear expression in his artwork for this activation.
