DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We offer a single, standard delivery service. Orders will be delivered within 2* business days within W.P Kuala Lumpur & Selangor which are in the Klang Valley Region unless otherwise advised.

Delivery outside of W.P Kuala Lumpur & Selangor which are not in the Klang Valley Region will take approximately 3-4* business days unless otherwise advised.

FREE delivery within Malaysia.

 *the indicated time is an approximation only and the time may be affected in event of Force Majeure

Returns 

All goods sold are not refundable for cash. We believe that you will be delighted with our product but there may be exceptional occasions where you feel the necessity to return the item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

- We exercise and will try to attend to all return request as soon as practically possible.

a. Faulty Products

reasonable effort to ensure product arrives in good condition. However, should you received a damage, faulty or wrong product, you shall notify us to discuss on the return option within 7 days upon receipt of the product. 

- We will arrange for collection and delivery of the product from/to your indicated address.

- For help with faulty product discovered later than 7 days after delivery, please contact us to discuss your options, subject to our discretion and if such options are permitted under the relevant laws or legislations of Malaysia. 

b. Returning Faulty Products

- Please contact us  at e-commerce.my@tissotwatches.com to inform us your wish to return the Product(s).

Please note that you will be responsible for the returned product(s) until they reach us.  We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
