Preorder FAQ

1. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve your product for a special edition with a limited stock.

2. Do I have to pay right away?
Yes, payment is taken at the time of pre-ordering. This allows us to guarantee your reservation.

3. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an automatic confirmation email as soon as your pre-order is placed, and a second email with the tracking number when your product is shipped.

4. When will I receive my order?
The shipping date is indicated on the product page and is the estimated date on which the parcel will leave our warehouse. Delivery times are then the same as for a normal order and vary according to the delivery method selected. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

5. Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge. The order can be cancelled and then refunded in full if it has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it will not be refunded at this stage. You will need to follow the standard returns procedure once you have received the package.

6. Are quantities limited?
Yes, this is a special sale with limited stock. Pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Given the limited quantities, we limit the pre-orders to one item per order and per person.

7. What happens if the delivery date is extended?
If the shipping date changes, you will be informed immediately by email. You will always have the option of cancelling if the new deadline does not suit you.

8. Can I order other items at the same time?
Yes, you can. However, shipment will be made in one go, from the date of availability of the pre-ordered product.

9. Can I change my delivery address after placing a pre-order?
Once the pre-order has been placed, it is unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address. In case of need or doubt, please contact our customer service team, who will be able to advise you according to your situation.

10. Will there be a second wave of pre-orders?
No, there will be no second wave. This is a limited edition with a one-off production run. Once stock is exhausted, the product will no longer be available.

11. What should I do if I haven't received the confirmation email?
Check your junk mail/spam folder. If you don't find anything, please contact our customer service department with your name and the email address you used when ordering.
