As a Retail Keyholder with Tissot, you will responsible for demonstrating outstanding customer service and leadership on the selling floor. You will help build and implement client outreach initiatives, build brand awareness, and assist in daily operations of the store. You will support and assist the management team in achieving all customer service and sales goals initiatives. You will also assist management in leading the team of associates to ensure operational tasks and procedures are successful as well as opening and closing routines are completed, all while keeping the customer at the forefront. You will represent and demonstrate the brand, inside and outside the boutique.

As the eCommerce & Digital Media Specialist at Swatch Group U.S., this position is responsible for assisting in the digital efforts of Tissot US, the eCommerce & Digital Media Specialist will support the Ecommerce team in driving growth and brand visibility through strategic digital marketing initiatives. We seek a passionate, strategic, and organized individual who understands customer needs and contributes to high-quality campaigns that drive incremental sales growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the brand’s digital marketing programs, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, YouTube, Email Marketing, SMS, Sweepstakes, CRM initiatives, and retailer marketing platforms. The role will focus on campaign coordination, performance analysis, agency management, budget tracking, and cross functional collaboration to support measurable business results and ecommerce growth.

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will support the management and continuous improvement of Tissot’s Brand Website and digital assets across markets. You will support the delivery of a consistent brand experience across Tissot’s brand website.
Your main responsibilities will be as followed:
- Manage, coordinate and maintain website content across global markets.
- Lead global homepage activations and oversee local market implementation.
- Lead the creation and deployment of landing pages for new product launches.
- Monitor website content quality, content updates, and overall content consistency.
- Collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, E-commerce, and local markets to ensure content accuracy and consistency.

The International Creative Content Project Leader supports the International Creative Content Manager in building and creating consistent and audience-targeted global brand communication campaigns.
The role of this important position is to orchestrate the content creation (creation of highly engaging media for multiple channel outputs, including digital and social media) and adaptation for Tissot on a global level. This involves developing and implementing mid-long term content strategies providing best in class assets to the different stakeholders according their needs.
Your main responsibilities will be as followed:
- Collaborate and work together with all other HQ marketing departments to create holistic global brand communication campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts for integrated advertising campaigns (offline and online).
- Implement content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
- Lead the development and adaptation of a large spectrum of content fueling global plans as well as local needs.
- Supervise and coordinate other sources of content creation (photographers/designers/agencies) by bringing art direction and by reviewing and giving clear guidance for improvement to grant full brand consistency.
- Oversee video/photo shoots and asset post-production, including final check of all adaptations needed for each channel.
- Collaborate closely with the graphic design team on creating graphic elements and branding guidelines.
- Ensure that project management best practices are employed to deliver all international campaigns within strategy, budget and deadline.

Account Management/Sales
- To achieve sales objectives in wholesales.
- Solicit, build and maintain good support and business contacts with
dealers. - Monitor Auto Replenishment (AR) to ensure all Points of Sale (POS).

Stocks and Collection
- Ensure that payments are collected within the timeline given.

- Execute ordering and replenishment activities for Tissot through Arkieva,
ensuring accurate demand planning and timely stock fulfilment.
Reporting
- Submit weekly/monthly progressive report of sales performance, retailers’ performance.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Brand Manager, ensuring
accurate and timely performance tracking and insights. - Consolidate and upload monthly store visit reports into Mystore,
maintaining consistency and completeness of field activity documentation.
Marketing & Advertising
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute VM updates, GWP setups, visual merchandising refreshes, campaign rollouts, and in-store sales activations to ensure consistent brand presentation and execution excellence.
- Support the monitoring and tracking of press coverage and PR activities, and report key updates to the Marketing Team and Brand Manager to ensure timely communication and alignment.
- Coordinate with team members to improve product environment in Point of Sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all Points of Sale (POS) are well maintained and consistently presented in line with Brand image.
- Ensure products are displayed according to Brand Merchandising guidelines.
Others
- Planning and implement training programs and initiatives determined by the Brand Manager.
- Ensure retail staff are certified through Tissot Academy and provide timely updates of the latest brand information and training materials to retailers.
- Collaborate with Customer Care Advisors (CCA) to manage repair and complaint cases, ensuring customer queries are addressed and resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Undertake any other responsibilities, projects, or tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager and/or Brand Manager from time to time, in support of broader brand, commercial, and operational objectives.
