1. These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) govern the TISSOT Black Friday 2025 Promotion (the “Promotion”) for a free TISSOT strap beginning with SKU “T852” (the “Gift”) with the purchase of a TISSOT watch, between Friday November 21st 2025 at 4:00pm AEDT to Tuesday 2nd December 2025 at 4:00pm AEDT at https://www.tissotwatches.com/en-au/. This Promotion is administered by The Swatch Group (Australia) Pty. Ltd. (ABN 20 004 287 110) of Level 3, 40 River Boulevard, Richmond VIC 3121 Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”).


1.1. The Gift is available for each order containing a TISSOT watch provided that the promo code “TISSOTBF25” is applied in checkout. Limit of one Gift per order, while stocks last.


1.2. The Promotion is only valid online on the TISSOT Australia website https://www.tissotwatches.com/en-au/ between Friday November 21st at 4:00pm AEDT to Tuesday 2nd December 2025 at 4:00pm AEDT.


1.3. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer.


1.4. The Gift must be available for purchase on the TISSOT Australia website and be in stock to be eligible for the Promotion. If the Gift is not in stock, you must select an alternate Gift.


1.5. The right to claim the Gift may not be transferred to anyone else. The Gift cannot be exchanged for monetary value.


1.6. We reserve the right to substitute the Gift offered with an item of equal or greater value. In the event of any dispute, our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.


1.7. The Gift cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility of the Gift and any attempt to exchange or return it because of incompatibility will be deemed a change of mind.


1.8. If the watch(es) purchased are returned for a refund or exchange in accordance with our return policy, the Gift must also be returned. If the Gift is not returned, the return or exchange cannot be processed. The rules on returns and exchanges do not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.


1.9. We reserve the right to amend the T&Cs and modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion and/or the Gift without prior notice at any time and for any or no reason.


1.10. The personal data you provide will be used and processed by us, our group companies or by third parties as necessary with the carrying out and administration of the Promotion, in accordance with TISSOT’s Privacy Policy which can be accessed at https://www.tissotwatches.com/en-au/privacy-notice.html. We may send emails or contact you by telephone for purposes related to the Gift, subject to your right to refuse to your personal data being processed or being contacted at any time.


Please note that this promotion only applies to participating countries. Promotional codes used on non-participating country sites may be subject to cancellation. The non-participating countries are the following countries: Italy, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan.
