How to return your order

To return an order fill in our returns form and follow the instructions on how to send your watch back to us.

Delivery Information

We offer delivery to addresses within Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Please note that we do not deliver to hotels, hostels, PO boxes, or military locations.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery and can only be delivered to the original delivery address.

Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery times and applicable delivery fees are specified during the checkout process and in your order confirmation. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

If we are unable to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we will contact you to propose a new delivery date. If delivery cannot be made within 30 days of the order confirmation and you choose not to accept the delay, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Delivery Costs:

Delivery is free of charge for all orders placed on tissotwatches.com/en-dk.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Conditions for Return:

Only new, unworn products may be returned. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including:

  • Warranty card
  • Price tag
  • Guarantee booklet
  • Any certificates issued with the watch (e.g. diamonds, COSC);
  • All original links (if the bracelet was sized).
  • Any gifts or free items included with the purchase

You must take reasonable care of the products until they are returned. For example, if a watch is returned with a damaged bracelet or strap (excluding damage due to our fault or negligence), we reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacement from your refund.

Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that a quality check will be performed to ensure the item is in new condition.

Return Costs:

Return shipping costs are not covered by Tissot. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

How to Return:

  1. Fill in our returns form and follow the instructions provided.
  2. Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
  3. Include all required documentation (warranty card, price tag, etc.).
  4. Send the parcel to the return address provided in the instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
