Free returns
You can return your order free of charge up to 30 days after the reception of your package, provided that the product has not been worn, used, is not damaged and is in its original packaging.

Free Delivery

Tissot offers standard, express and UPS access point deliveries:
- Standard (free) is delivered with {{Insert standard tansporter}} usually within 3 to 4 days.
- Express ({{insert amount}}) is delivered with {{Insert express transporter}}, usually within 1-2 days.
- UPS Access point is a convenience store near you at which you can deliver and pick up your package.
All orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday.
All orders processed before 11:30 every morning are shipped the same day. Oders after 11:30 AM will be shipped the next working day.
Please notice that orders with strap adjustments might delay your order.
