Please note if your watch is still within the two year international warranty period please enclose the guarantee card also.

Easy Returns
You can return your order up to 30 days after the reception of your package, provided that the product has not been worn, used, is not damaged, and is in its original packaging.
To make a return, you must make a return request in My Account or click here.
The refund will be made within 14 days after the reception of the product & validation of quality control.

Free Delivery
Delivery is free for all purchases above DKK 750 made to Denmark. If you wish to have your order delivered to a different country, please change the website through the country selector button on the top of the page.
Tissot offers home delivery as well as delivery to access points:
- Standard home delivery with UPS, usually within 1 to 3 business dayss.
- Delivery to UPS access point near you, where you can pick up your package.
All orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday.
All orders processed before 11:30 are shipped the same day. Orders after 11:30 will be shipped the next working day.
Please notice that orders with strap adjustments might delay your order.
When your order is shipped, you will be notified by email with the tracking number associated with your package.
