Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies in collaboration with retail and distribution partners
- Coordinate co‑branding initiatives and campaigns to maximize visibility across partner channels.
- Ensure consistent brand representation at POS, events, and activations
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights to optimize marketing investments
- Support the launch of flagship collections through joint marketing activities
- Build strong relationships with partners to drive alignment with Tissot’s global brand strategy
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Retail, and Logistics teams to align campaigns, launches, and events.
- Coordinate with agencies or vendors for marketing collateral, POS, and event execution.

Für unsere Tissot-Boutique in Zurich an der Bahnhofstrasse suchen wir eine/n Assistant Flagship Boutique Manager/in (100%) für eine befristete Anstellung (Mai bis November 2026).
Als Assistant Manager/in und Botschafter/in von Tissot führen Sie gemeinsam mit der Filialleitung unsere Boutique und das Team, um die Ziele zu erreichen.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben
- Unterstützung und Vertretung des Managers.
- Ansprechpartner/in, Motivator als Vorbild für die Mitarbeitenden, um das Potential des Verkaufsteams zu fördern.
- Administrative Tätigkeiten, wie Personaleinsatzplanung, Urlaubsplanung, Reporting und Warenmanagement in Abwesenheit der Filialleitung.

Visual Merchandiser & Trainer – Travel Retail & Cruise Ships
As a Visual Merchandiser & Trainer with Swatch Group, U.S., you will play a key role in supporting watch sales within our travel retail which is airports and cruise ship wholesale accounts by driving visual merchandising excellence and delivering impactful training. You will oversee the brand’s visual representation in all boutiques across the assigned region and maintain training initiatives to increase brand and product knowledge among the dedicated channel teams.
Tasks include the planning, organization, coordination, training and implementation of all Visual Merchandising measures that have been developed by the Brands. The role will require travel throughout the US, predominantly within the main Cruise
ports of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Port Canaveral, Galveston, Los Angeles and Seattle.
This position is a hybrid position.
