Are you sure you want to return your watch ?

If you ordered a mechanical watch, the movement might be stopped when you receive it, as the power reserve is from 38 to 80 hours, depending on the movement type.
Should the time between the shipment of the parcel and its delivery be longer than the watch power reserve, you will need to re-wind your watch to restart the movement.
To re-wind your watch please follow the indications below.
Automatic movement of a Tissot watch

How to re-wind your watch depending on the movement type:

Automatic winding
- Turn the crown clockwise until you feel resistance. Usually, 40 to 80 turns of the crown are necessary.
- Exception for the Swissmatic movement: if manually winded, the crown has to be turned anticlockwise.

Important! Never shake a watch to get it running again, it will damage the movement.

Manual winding
- Turn the crown clockwise until you feel resistance
- Do not force the mechanism, as this can damage the movement!
