  • Prepare Annual marketing objectives, strategies and development of annual master marketing plan.

  • Work with a broad cross-functional team to manage and execute marketing, advertising and sales programs.

  • Recap and analysis of marketing programs inclusive of sales results.

  • Collaborate with Brand Manager to ensure communication related to new product launches and 360 degree support is shared with Sales Reps and Trainer/Merchandiser.

  • Negotiation of marketing and media programs with vendors.

Responsibilities:



  • Monitor all wholesale orders- transfer product to reserve; place order with HQ to make sure orders will be filled

  • Verify that open PO’s in SAP match HQ’s files- make any changes in SAP for requests to cancel or change PO’s

  • Provide monthly inventory analysis and analytical reports upon request

  • Set up all new products to be received in U.S.

  • Coordinate and maintain records of all consignment.

  • Coordinate all aspects of Bill of Materials that accompany product (boxes, instruction manuals, et al), set up references in SAP, address replacement requests, and oversee warehouse inventory levels.

  • Weekly replenishment for stores based on sales and analysis

  • Interface regularly with HQ regarding Forecasting and Allocation

  • Submit return authorizations for approvals, enter into SAP and maintain files.

  • Support Regional Sales Managers through the timely response to information requests, anticipating their needs and guiding them through company procedures and requirements.

  • Assist as directed on all projects including price increase, training seminars, budgets, etc.

  • Weekly pricing verification- run report to make sure there are no pricing errors in database

  • Responsible for verification and setup of the pricing of new product- gross margins, etc.

  • Assist with ship notes, target stocks, material, and pricing changes as well as setting up items

  • Product availability’s are updated weekly, and sent to stores for special orders

Professional requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:
 



  • Four year degree in Business Administration, or other relevant major, MBA a plus

  • 2-3 years experience in one or more of the following - Sales, Brand Management, Retail, Allocation, and Planning.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint) with an ability to learn company-specific programs and software such as SAP.

Job description

As a Visual Merchandiser & Trainer with Swatch Group, U.S., the position will be responsible to support the watch sales within our retail and wholesale account through visual merchandising and training. This role will oversee the visual representation of our brand and products in all boutiques (retail and wholesale) within assigned Central region. Visual Merchandiser & Trainer will also be responsible for maintaining training initiatives that will increase brand and product knowledge. Primary Duties and Responsibilities


 



  • Responsible for ensuring that store merchandise presentations meet Company standards and are in accordance with Company guidelines.

  • Preparation of all communication materials as per visual displays in accordance to brand’s guidelines.

  • Training of store managers on current visual standards.

  • Contribute to achieving sales volume goals by ensuring effective presentations and maintenance of all product categories, making sure that all stores are set up correctly during promotions and regular business.

  • Manage directly with vendor and place and follow up on all visual orders to ensure that all visual needs are implemented on time.

  • Provide a recap report of the store visits

  • Realize first-in-class set up and decoration of the Brands sponsored events, mono- and multi-brand related events, in order to maximize the Brand ’s visual impact according to brand guidelines.

Profile

This Training Coordinator ( Digital Sales) role will also assist the Visual Merchandising Team and the National Training Manager in delivering and maintaining training initiatives that will increase brand and product knowledge with the retail partner sales associates and field sales force.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage all of the Digital Sales Platforms/list including Master POS Accounts, T-Drive, Extranet, Store Locator, 40 Visuals, Academy, Rewards Program, Amware, RMIS/SFA, Scanner program, and Digital Sales Catalog

  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both virtual and in the field; this includes registration, logistics/site prep, and preparation of educational materials, including PowerPoint presentations, training videos, FAQs and step-by-step guidelines

  • Utilize the Platform to store and manage curriculum, capture program registration, and run reports on utilization and key performance indicators

  • Maintains current knowledge of all policies and procedures affecting retail and field sales employees.

  • Ensures curriculums are assigned in line with needs and requirements

  • Acts as the subject matter resource for the learning system and coaches employees on how to access and utilize learning resources

  • Partner on the preparation and distribution of the training tools and materials.

  • Provide overall support and solution to Digital Sales Platform/Lists users

  • Coordinate meetings with HQ and Local Teams on the platforms/list as needed

  • Continuously monitor and solicit feedback on all training programs and materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness, while driving enhancements for improved adoption

  • Supports the development implementation of the training programs

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and (where possible) solve content related issues

  • Help manage the escalation and resolution of issues to the appropriate person or team, where and when required

  • Provide email support as needed to retail and field sales employees

  • Assist with updating and managing the support documentation to assist with accessing the digital platforms and resources

Professional requirements

Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree required

  • Must have 1-2 years experience in a training, learning / development role

  • Must be proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments required

  • Experience with e-learning platforms is a plus

  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting preferred

  • Extensive knowledge of full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) is a plus

  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools preferred

  • Must possess strong communication, analytical and investigative skills, and motivated to develop these skills further

Supportare il Brand in occasione di eventi/attività speciali dentro e al di fuori dei punti vendita.

Il vostro profilo

Elenco attività principali:


 



  • Implementare e attuare presso la clientela selezionata la strategia di trade marketing con lo scopo di ottenere la massimizzazione delle vendite dei prodotti (sell out).

  • Negoziare maggiore spazio / maggiore visibilità del brand, ottenere maggiore qualità espositiva dei prodotti in vetrina e all’interno del punto vendita, garantire l’utilizzo dei materiali e dei mobili predisposti dal brand.

  • Garantire attività di analisi in termini di: indagini qualitative posizionamento del brand, analisi concorrenza, rilevazione sell out, in collaborazione con gli Account manager.

  • Garantire il costante aggiornamento del database della clientela (MOBIS), documentato da fotografie, relativo alla presenza dei materiali espositivi in ciascun punto vendita, i prodotti presenti, le misure della vetrina etc.

  • Garantire attività di visual merchandising presso la clientela selezionata.

  • Garantire il monitoraggio dell’impatto degli allestimenti presso la clientela selezionata.

  • Garantire attività di training su elementi di visual merchandising.

  • Collaborare all’ideazione e garantire la realizzazione nel punto vendita di vetrine speciali.

  • Garantire attività di monitoraggio display e materiale POS sul punto vendita.

  • Garantire fattiva collaborazione agli account manager di zona per promuovere l’acquisto e/o il riassortimento di prodotti da parte del cliente ed ottenere maggiore visibilità del brand.

  • Organizza contest visual merchandiser e sell out nei punti vendita
