The above list of recommended prices for services are the prices applied by the official Customer Service Centres of The Swatch Group Ltd.’s affiliated company in the country where you are located, including Tissot SA in Switzerland. However, these lists of recommended prices for services are only indicative regarding the services carried out by agreed third-party service centers which may apply other prices. Shipping costs are not included.

 

Types of maintenance services

Light Service

A light service covers minor interventions on your Tissot watch at a minimum labor fee. Required spare parts are billed separately. Please note that no service warranty is provided for light service.

  • Bracelet adjustments or replacement
  • Battery replacement, without water resistance restoration
Partial Service

Partial maintenance keeps your Tissot watch clean, water-resistant and includes battery replacement for quartz models. A 2-year service warranty is provided for water resistance.

  • Ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet (metal or rubber)
  • Restoration of the water resistance by replacing gaskets. If required, replacement of pushers, crown, correctors and crystal (except shaped mineral crystals and sapphire crystals)
  • Battery replacement for quartz models
  • Rate adjustment and fine tuning of the movement for mechanical models
Complete Service

Complete maintenance restores your Tissot watch to optimal working condition through a full overhaul of the movement, along with all interventions included in the partial service. In addition to the water resistance warranty, a 2-year service warranty is provided on the movement.

  • Full disassembly of the movement, cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn or damaged parts—or complete movement replacement if necessary
  • Ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet (metal or rubber)
  • Restoration of the water resistance by replacing gaskets. If required, replacement of pushers, crown, correctors and crystal (except shaped mineral crystals and sapphire crystals)
  • Battery replacement for quartz models
  • Rate adjustment and fine tuning of the movement for mechanical models

 

Service Warranty

We offer a 24-month warranty on the work done. In case of damage covered by this warranty, we undertake to repair or replace any parts, as we see fit and free of charge, and/or to repair faulty work as discovered by our Customer Service.

All other rights in connection with faulty work on our parts are explicitly excluded. This warranty neither covers normal wear and tear nor accidental damage or damage caused through negligence.

This warranty shall be excluded in the case of any work being done by persons who are not appointed Tissot service partners.
