We exercise reasonable effort to ensure the product arrives in good condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, please email us to discuss on the return options within seven (7) working days of receipt of the product.

Please note that returns are not accepted to our physical stores and customized products are not eligible for return.
You will not be charged for shipping costs for return of watches. However, for returns of straps, shipping cost will be at your expense. We will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
In order to guarantee data protection, we encrypt all data relative to your purchase or your TISSOT account. TISSOT does not store any data relative to your payment.

With Tissot Singapore, delivery is free for all purchases of $320 or above made to Singapore. For orders below $320, a delivery charge of $15 is applicable. If you wish to deliver to a different country, please change the website through the country selector button, on the top of the page.
Tissot Singapore offers SingPost Delivery:
Your purchase is delivered by SingPost usually within 1 to 3 working days.
All orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
As soon as the order is shipped, you will be notified by email, with the tracking number associated to your package.
