Your responsibilities
- Independently manage selected global sponsorship partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Lead and oversee brand activation events worldwide.
- Coordinate all sponsorship-related operations, including branding, activation, and media.
- Develop and implement activation strategies in collaboration with key markets and external consulting agencies.
- Evaluate partnership performance through KPIs and post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Tissot HQ and federations/rights holders for on-site operations (e.g., hospitality, accreditation, ticketing, TV coverage, PR activities).
- Ensure optimal brand visibility and strategic product placement at major events.
- Supervise on-site operations in collaboration with sponsoring partners and local teams.
- Maintain daily communication with internal stakeholders and alignment with partners to ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
- Plan, manage, and monitor activation budgets linked to key events.
- Oversee the marketing and activation activities across international Tissot markets.
- Coordinate the development and execution of licensing initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate high-level hospitality programs at global events.
Property focus :
Basketball (NBA, WNBA, FIBA World Cup, FIBA), selected sports events and many other relevant events for the international team (non-exhaustive list).

Your responsibilities
- Bring daily support to the CFO in all administrative tasks (filing, mail and deliveries, calls and correspondence, team calendar management, scheduling meetings and appointments, management of the agenda and the expense reports, travel support, etc.)
- Coordinate together with all services concerned (Assistant to the CEO, Reception & Hospitality Teams, Internal Services, etc.) all activities linked to the reception of visitors and hospitality on site
- Support the finance team in activities such as :
- Organization and minutes of internal and external meetings
- Preparation of documents (e.g. monthly reporting), presentations and support with follow-up tasks
- Execution of controlling activities in the marketing investments field as well as the internal control system (ICS)
- Control and approval of internal requests and forms (suppliers’ creation, travel requests, loan for use, marketing forms, etc.)
- Validation and follow up of expenses reports
- Filing and archiving of finance documents
- Participate to ad hoc department projects

Job description
You’ll be responsible for ensuring a high-quality execution and deployment of the Public Relations strategy worldwide in terms of announcements, events and their amplification. Leveraging launches, sports partnerships and ambassadors, in order to grow the brand presence and drive brand awareness, engagement and increase the positive conversation around the brand globally. You will orchestrate the content creation around these activations (creation of highly engaging content for multiple channel outputs, especially digital and social media) and adaptation for Tissot on a global level in line with the overall communication strategy and objectives.
This role involves developing and implementing mid to long term content strategies providing best in class assets to the different stakeholders according to their needs. You will contribute to the success of the strategy by providing best practices and next-generation trends in those areas.
Your mission
- Collaborate with HQ marketing teams to contribute to integrated global brand communication efforts,
- Coordinate with external suppliers or create marketing and public relations materials, including press releases, press kits, briefs, presentations, editorials, and newsletters,
- Develop and maintain an effective interview database, preparing drafts as needed and monitoring results,
- Create exciting experiences to support campaigns, launches and events,
- Review approved editorial partnership content under the supervision of the International PR Manager,
- Build and maintain relationships with watch blog partners, ensuring timely delivery of assets by providing the material necessary, open communication and reporting,
- Develop a communication plan around events in collaboration with the Marketing Departments,
- Act as primary point of contact and specialist for subsidiaries for event activations,
- Oversee and travel to events to uphold the brand’s high-quality image and ensure accurate communication of the defined brand message globally,
- Supervise and coordinate content creation efforts with the creative content team (photographers, videographers, agencies), providing art direction and offering clear guidance for consistency and adaptation across various channels,
- Identify and ensure ambassador engagement opportunities in collaboration with the Sponsorship and PR teams,
- Manage the media monitoring platform and analyse reports to provide insights that enhance PR strategy,
- Stay updated on trends within the watch industry and beyond,
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve the efficiency of PR communication and activations.

- Drive Tissot's business development strategies within designated territories, aligning closely with corporate strategic objectives.

- Streamline distribution closing/relocating/openings POS.
- Work closely with HQ design team to optimize the execution process of the opening of new POS.
- Evaluate local team structure efficiency and conduct necessary changes when needed.
- Formulate business plans and establish targets in collaboration with business partners.
Marketing and brand strategy
- Coordinate and endorse marketing plans with local teams, ensuring alignment with HQ marketing campaigns.
- Exercise meticulous oversight over marketing expenses across markets.
- Collaborate with the Training Team to deploy effective training tools.
- Enforce strict adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.

Sales and performance management
- Responsible for annual budget, semester forecasts and monthly sales reporting initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of sell-in/sell-out data and SKU performance, leveraging insights to optimize collection management.
- Evaluate business partnerships with agents and spearhead market expansions with a keen eye on market strategies.
- Oversee legal, financial, and logistics operations, particularly in negotiating and drafting distribution agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal HQ departments to align and fortify Tissot's global strategy.
- Deliver concise market visit reports to the VP of Sales, ensuring alignment with the global objectives.
