Online Returns
You can return any unused and undamaged product purchased on the US Tissot Online Store within 30 days of receiving your item. We currently offer FREE returns for watch purchases. Strap only purchases are excluded from free returns and must be returned at customer's expense.
Click RETURN REQUEST to receive your prepaid return label. For strap only returns, please follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip.

Tissot US offers standard delivery on all orders placed in the United States. If you would like to place an order internationally, please change the website location through the country selector button (on the top of the page).
We offer FREE standard shipping on all watch purchases. Shipping rates for strap purchases vary based on geographical location.
Current shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping (UPS/DHL): Shipped via UPS or DHL. Once your order ships, you will receive your package within approximately 1-5 business days.
- UPS Access Point: Deliver and pick up your package from your nearest UPS Access Point.
All orders are processed and shipped between Monday-Friday. Once your order processes and ships, you will be notified by email with the tracking number. Please note, orders with strap adjustments might delay your order.
