If you have any questions regarding a watch in need of service, a replacement strap or any other service issues of an already owned timepiece, please contact us on the following number:

To service your timepiece, please follow the instructions below in order to safely ship your watch as well as provide our team with all necessary information.
Packaging & Shipping instructions
1. Package the watch carefully and place in a sturdy, disposable box. Please do not send your watch in the original presentation box.
2. Clearly print your name and return address on the box, as well as on all correspondence you send to us. Please include your daytime phone number and e-mail address. Also include a brief description of the issue observed with the watch.
3. If applicable, please include a copy of the validated warranty or sales receipt.
4. We recommend you use a carrier that has the ability to track and insure your package throughout the delivery process.
5. You will receive an acknowledgement shortly after your watch has been received and evaluated at our service center.

You can return any unused and undamaged product purchased on the US Tissot Online Store within 30 days of receiving your item.
To make a return, please follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all watch purchases. Shipping rates for strap purchases vary based on geographical location.

Standard Shipping (FedEx/DHL): Shipped via FedEx or DHL. Once your order ships, you will receive your package within approximately 2-3 business days.
UPS Access Point: Deliver and pick up your package from your nearest UPS Access Point.
All orders are processed and shipped between Monday-Friday. Once your order processes and ships, you will be notified by email with the tracking number. Please note, orders with strap adjustments might delay your order.
