If you have any questions regarding a watch in need of service, a replacement strap or any other service issues of an already owned timepiece, please contact us on the following number:

To service your timepiece, please follow the instructions below in order to safely ship your watch as well as provide our team with all necessary information.
Packaging & Shipping instructions
1. Package the watch carefully and place in a sturdy, disposable box. Please do not send your watch in the original presentation box.
2. Clearly print your name and return address on the box, as well as on all correspondence you send to us. Please include your daytime phone number and e-mail address. Also include a brief description of the issue observed with the watch.
3. If applicable, please include a copy of the validated warranty or sales receipt.
4. We recommend you use a carrier that has the ability to track and insure your package throughout the delivery process.
5. You will receive an acknowledgement shortly after your watch has been received and evaluated at our service center.

With Tissot US, Standard delivery is free for all purchases made to the US. If you would like your order to be delivered to a different country, please change the website through the country selector button, on the top of the page.
Tissot offers standard, express and UPS access point deliveries:
Standard (free) is shipped with Fedex or DHL within approximately 2 to 3 business days.
Express (overnight) is shipped with Fedex, within approximately 1-2 business days.
UPS Access point is a convenient store near you at which you can deliver and pick up your package.
All orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday.
All orders placed before 12PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
Please notice that orders with strap adjustments might delay your order.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email, with the tracking number associated to your package.
